About the Role: As our AI Product Owner, reporting to the AI Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for defining and prioritising the product vision and roadmap for our AI Agentic platform and other internally developed AI products.&nbsp; This strategic role requires a deep understanding of user needs and business goals, translating them into actionable product features that maximise value and adoption across the organisation. In this role, you will: Own the Vision:&nbsp;Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders. Be the Voice of the Customer:&nbsp;Deeply understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Drive Impact:&nbsp;Prioritise development efforts to deliver the most impactful features that drive business outcomes. Collaborate for Success:&nbsp;Work closely with our AI development team (Engineers, Analysts, UI/UX) and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with user and business needs. Iterate and Improve:&nbsp;Monitor and analyse product performance and user feedback to drive iterative improvements. You will be instrumental in managing and prioritising the product backlog, ensuring product quality, and contributing to a team dedicated to leading the definition and communication of AI products and technologies. &nbsp; Requirements: We are looking for a professional with: - Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within an AI or technology-driven environment. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - The ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a product backlog effectively. Desirable: Experience in a corporate setting driving the adoption of new technologies. Desirable: Understanding of user-centred design principles. Product Owner (AI): Rentokil

This role focuses on the architecture and technical design of solutions that support our global Service operations. This includes systems and processes related to scheduling and routing of technicians, job management, work order completion, inventory management, customer communication, and reporting and analytics related to service delivery. Main Purpose of Role The Technical Architect will play a key role in defining and delivering the technical strategy for our Service solutions. This includes: • Designing and documenting solutions that are aligned with Service objectives, scalable, and integrated with other relevant systems (e.g., CRM, billing). • Selecting and integrating appropriate technologies to enhance Service efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams. • Ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards. • Collaborating with stakeholders across Service teams globally to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure colleagues involved in design activities (eg Business Analysts, Technical Architects) are following best practice design principles in line with the company architectural strategy Tasks &amp; Responsibilities • Define and maintain the technical architecture for Service solutions. • Design and document solutions for new Service initiatives and enhancements. • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to enhance Service efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Integrate various platforms and systems, including scheduling and routing systems, mobile workforce management solutions, and customer communication tools. • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams. • Review &amp; sign off all designs created for Field Services products • Ensure adherence to architectural principles and security standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders across Service teams globally to gather requirements and feedback. • Monitor and optimize the performance and effectiveness of Service solutions. Requirements: Experience • Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Service operations and field service management. • Strong understanding of Service processes and best practices. • Experience with scheduling and routing systems, mobile workforce management solutions, and customer communication tools. • Experience with GPS tracking, IoT devices, and real-time data processing is a plus. • Experience with API gateways (e.g., Apigee) and integration technologies. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and related services. • Familiarity with mobile application development is a plus. • UML documentation • Data Modelling / Design • Architecture frameworks (e.g Togaf) Knowledge &amp; Skills Strong understanding of Service industry trends and technologies.
