Class 1 Driver

Role: Minibus Driver Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Support with transporting our talented academy players in and around Sussex In this role, you will safely transport players, staff, and guests to and from the American Express Elite Performance Centre, operating the vehicle in accordance with the club's transport policy. Your day-to-day duties will also include tasks such as vehicle washing, conducting maintenance checks and basic vehicle maintenance, performing equipment stock checks, and completing administrative tasks. Your background Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to be over the age of 25, have a full UK clean driving licence with non-restricted D1 category authorisation and have previous experience of driving a minibus. You will have a clear understanding of the importance of a safeguarding policies and procedures, to how this relates to this particular role. Minibus Driver

We are looking for HGV 1 &amp; 2 drivers, within the Hailsham area. To carry out deliveries and collections in around the South of England. Routes will change daily depending on workloads. This is an ongoing driving day work. Main Duties <ul> <li>As a representative of the organisation your general appearance and attitude must all be exemplary.</li><li>Drivers must have a 'can-do' attitude at all times. If there's a problem, it is your responsibility to help resolve it, either through your own initiative or by working with the customer or the Company to reach a positive outcome.</li><li>If a customer becomes difficult you should always remain calm, acknowledge the problem and not take anything personal.</li><li>When making a delivery, always be courteous and polite.</li><li>If a customer is not available to take the delivery, it is important that the delivery is not left unattended, unless prior authorisation has been given by the depot.</li><li>Before setting off you must carry out an inspection of the vehicle and record all defects.</li><li>Must be able to move heavy objects around inside lorry.</li></ul> Qualifications and Skills <ul> <li>Must have a HGV 1 or 2 licence, with valid digi tacho and CPC card.</li><li>We cannot accept drivers that have more than 6 points on their licence and have been convicted of a DD, DR, INT endorsement.</li><li>Applicants must be prepared to take a driving assessment with the client prior to placement if necessary.</li></ul> Working Hours <ul> <li>Days, Mondays to Fridays and weekend shifts available.</li></ul> We will try to respond to reply to all applicants.
