Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company van to complete daily deliveries and collections
- Load and unload goods safely and securely
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and to the correct locations
- Provide a professional and friendly service when dealing with customers
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues or defects
- Follow all road safety, company and legal requirements
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
- Full UK Driving Licence (held for a minimum period as required by insurance)
- Previous van driving or delivery experience preferred
- Good knowledge of local and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work early morning starts
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
