SEND Intervention Teacher - 5 Mornings per Week

Central Brighton September Start (or ASAP)
We're looking for a compassionate, skilled and dedicated SEND Intervention Teacher to join a welcoming school in central Brighton on a 5 mornings per week basis to cover a period of sick leave.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children with a range of additional needs. You'll work both 1:1 and with small groups, delivering targeted interventions and helping pupils who may be dysregulated or require additional emotional, social and behavioural support to engage successfully with learning.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience working with children with SEND.
  • Be confident supporting pupils with dysregulated behaviour using a calm, nurturing approach.
  • Be patient, resilient and committed to helping every child succeed.
  • Work effectively as part of a supportive school team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND teacher looking for a part-time role where they can have a genuine impact on pupils' progress and wellbeing.
