Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer

A leading Building services maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer across several large commercial properties in Brighton. Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer will be carrying out maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems

As a Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for: -

• Performing PPM's and reactive breakdowns on electrical and mechanical plant, Emergency lighting checks, Battery drain downs, lamping and small remedial works on electrical power.
• Carrying out PPM's and Reactive breakdowns on AHU's and FCU's.
• Be paid up to 39k basic dependent on experience plus van plus package

To be Successful as the Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer, you will have:
The engineer will be working on a static site for four days and have 1 day floating across the portfolio

• Electrical qualification needed
• Experience and knowledge in building services.
• A Full UK driving licence
• Live within commutable distance of Brighton

Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer: - up to 39,700, (Depending on experience) + Van + Holiday
