Our client is a supported accommodation provider who are currently looking for a Caretaker to join their team on a part time basis in Hastings and surrounding areas in East Sussex. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a caretake role, possess excellent communication skills, be able to problem solve and work independently. A full driving licence and own transport are essential for this role as it does involve you travelling between properties. As a Part Time Caretaker you will be conducting fire safety checks, reviewing risk assessments as well as overseeing housekeeping and waste management.
