What You'll Do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems
- Conduct regular BRCGS, RSPO, retailer audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for quality improvement
- Lead and mentor a dedicated quality team to achieve excellence
- Analyse quality data and prepare insightful reports for management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager wihtin manufacturing
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and energetic approach to leadership
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or related fields and knowledge of quality systems and standards, such as BRC, RSPO, GMP
