We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in young people's lives and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, this is a rewarding opportunity. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist in delivering inclusive learning, encourage positive behaviour, monitor student progress, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where every student can succeed.

Who We're Looking For:

Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with additional needs

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Supporting students with personal care, wellbeing, and independence where required

Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting social inclusion throughout the school day

Monitoring progress and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
