We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business in Kirkbymoorside, supporting their production, operations, and engineering teams.Please note, due to the location you must be able to drive and have access to your own transport.This is a temporary role for 6 months, starting as soon as possible. Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide administrative support to the QHSE function.</li><li>Assist in the maintenance of the Company's integrated management systems (QMS).</li><li>Maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions and quality records.</li><li>Prepare reports for the QHSE Manager.</li><li>Record and file documents.</li><li>Complete project certification packs.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the manager</li></ul>To be successful in this role you must be a confident communicator, proactive, and be competent using Microsoft Excel.The ideal candidate will be organised with good time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks.This will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, and Friday 8.30am-4.00pm earning an hourly rate of £12.47 per hour.If you're available immediately and keen to take on a varied administrative role within a busy operational environment, we'd love to hear from you.
