What you'll do As a Litigation Manager you will conduct claims, lead legal strategies, manage complex cases, and ensure compliance, playing a key role in minimising risk and driving business success in an SRA-regulated environment. You'll be working on: <ul> <li>Litigation Strategy: Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with company goals. Assess risks and implement preventative measures.</li> <li>Case Management: OIC and MOJ portal claims, oversee complex litigation cases, assign work to legal staff, review legal documents, and coordinate with external counsel and panel experts.</li> <li>Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice, analyze external counsel recommendations, and conduct legal research to shape case strategies.</li> <li>Collaboration &amp; Reporting: Work with internal teams, maintain a dispute register, and provide regular management reports.
