This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of company payroll and all related payroll duties. The ideal candidate should also have a solid background in general accounting and be prepared to support additional finance tasks beyond payroll when required. Key Duties:- Prepare and post monthly journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and payroll journals. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, intercompany, and fixed assets. Manage the month-end close process and ensure timely completion. Provide monthly cost analysis and commentary to support P&amp;L reporting. Handle UK payroll processing, including reviewing timesheets, calculating overtime/bonuses, and liaising with external providers. Calculate quarterly commissions and ensure accurate bonus accruals. Support payroll-related queries during audits and prepare monthly payroll reports for management review. Process intercompany recharges and maintain accurate employee coding records.
