• Job Title: Factory Operative
• Location: Eastbourne
• Pay: £12.71p/h - £16.90p/h - Weekly Pay
• Work Type: Temporary (Possibility to go permanent)

Hours: ( Must be able to work following rotating shift pattern )

• WEEK 1: Mon - Fri 2pm-10pm
• WEEK 2: Mon - Fri 6am-2pm
• WEEK 3: Sun- Thur 10pm-6am

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled and efficient Factory Operative to join our clients factory based in Eastbourne. As a Factory Worker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

Skills and attributes

• Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Basic IT Literacy Skills
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production schedules and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
• Good attendance and timekeeping
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the supervisor
• Must be able to work in a team and independently
• MUST be able to work all three shift patterns
