You will need:<ul><li>Proven management experience in hospitality (cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, or clubs).</li><li>A commercial mindset with evidence of driving sales and improving profitability.</li><li>Exceptional stock and labour management skills, with a track record of reducing waste and increasing efficiency.</li><li>The ability to lead and motivate a team through clear standards, accountability, and consistent coaching.</li><li>Relentless attention to detail, discipline in execution, and pride in high performance.</li></ul>Coffee-specific experience is not required.
