You will be a champion for safety across the project.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager on significant projects within the UK rail or rolling stock industry is essential. You must have direct experience in the redelivery, refurbishment, or introduction of a train fleet.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of rolling stock engineering, maintenance, and depot operations. Knowledge of UK rail industry standards and practices is required.</li><li>Project Management Skills: You must possess strong project management competencies, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and financial control.</li><li>Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to motivate and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
