Full-time | Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a rotational basisKeep our workshop moving with your parts expertise with one of UK’s most respected automotive groups.At Marshall Hyundai Gatwick, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.In this role:<ul><li>You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.</li><li>You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.</li><li>You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.</li><li>You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.</li></ul>We're looking for:<ul><li>Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.</li><li>Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health &amp; Safety in the workplace.</li><li>Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.</li><li>Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.</li></ul>About us:At Marshall Motor Group, we're proud to represent over 25 leading car, van, truck and motorbike brands across more than 130 stores in England.
