Key Responsibilities Recruitment &amp; Candidate Support <ul> <li>Support the recruitment team with end-to-end recruitment administration</li> <li>Co-ordinate candidate registrations, documentation and online onboarding</li> <li>Maintain regular, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process</li> <li>Book interviews, inductions, medicals, airside passes and vetting appointments</li> <li>Respond to candidate queries promptly and confidently, providing a positive candidate experience</li> <li>Conduct candidate interviews once relevant experience gained</li> </ul> Administration &amp; Compliance <ul> <li>Accurately process and maintain candidate records on internal recruitment systems</li> <li>Ensure all right-to-work, referencing and compliance documentation is complete and correctly filed</li> <li>Track progress of airside security clearances and compliance milestones</li> <li>Assist with contract documentation, starter packs and client requirements</li> <li>Maintain high levels of data accuracy and GDPR compliance at all times</li> </ul> Organisation &amp; Time Management <ul> <li>Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment</li> <li>Proactively chase outstanding documentation and actions to keep recruitment moving</li> <li>Support the team with scheduling, coordination and diary management</li> <li>Maintain clear, well-organised records and trackers for candidates and assignments</li> </ul> Communication &amp; Team Support <ul> <li>Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates and clients</li> <li>Liaise closely with the recruitment, business development and payroll where required</li> <li>Build positive relationships with candidates through clear, friendly and professional communication</li> <li>Provide general administrative support to the Aviation team as required</li> </ul> Key Skills &amp; Attributes <ul> <li>Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure</li> <li>Confident communicator with strong people skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Professional, approachable and calm in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Able to manage sensitive information with discretion and accuracy</li> <li>Proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Comfortable working with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)</li> </ul> Desirable (but not essential) <ul> <li>Previous experience in recruitment administration or resourcing</li> <li>Experience within aviation, construction or compliance-led environments</li> <li>Familiarity with airside vetting, security passes or regulated recruitment processes</li> </ul>
