We're looking for a Production Engineer to join a leading precision engineering manufacturer where you'll play a key role in introducing new products, improving production processes, and solving complex engineering challenges.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing (NPI)
- Improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Investigate manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis
- Support 8D, RMA, and continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing performance
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, BOMs, and routing information
- Help ensure products are production-ready while maintaining high quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
You'll have:
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- CAD experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience improving manufacturing processes
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable:
- Degree or HNC in Engineering
- NPI experience
- Knowledge of 8D, RMA, BOMs, or production readiness
- Experience with complex mechanical assemblies
- Precision engineering or advanced manufacturing experience
