We are exclusively looking for Team lead/Senior Healthcare Assistant who have full, unrestricted working rights in the UK. Individuals with visa or legal work hour restrictions are strongly discouraged from applying.
Role responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality personal care to residents
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring residents wellbeing and reporting changes
- Supporting and reviewing individual care plans
- Supervising junior staff and assisting with training
- Carrying out basic clinical duties as required
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Medication Administration certificate
- Must have NVQ Level-3 in Health and Social Care (Level-3 Diploma in Adult Care)
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Team lead or Senior Carer in a care home
