This role focuses on the architecture and technical design of solutions that support our global Service operations. This includes systems and processes related to scheduling and routing of technicians, job management, work order completion, inventory management, customer communication, and reporting and analytics related to service delivery. Main Purpose of Role The Technical Architect will play a key role in defining and delivering the technical strategy for our Service solutions.
