Stores Person
Salary: 26,500 - 28,500 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Location: Manor Royal, Crawley
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 7:30am-3:30pm (39.5 hours)
Our client is looking for a reliable and organised Stores Person to join their busy production team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving goods in, stock control, picking, despatch and warehouse operations within a modern manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking mechanical and electrical components accurately from picking lists
Booking stock in using a computerised stock/MRP system
Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries
Loading and unloading vehicles using forklift and warehouse equipment
Stock replenishment and stock counting
Supporting packing, despatch and occasional light assembly work
Driving company vehicles for local collections and deliveries when required
About You:
Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
Experience using computerised stock control or MRP systems
Good standard of Maths and English
Confident working accurately and efficiently
Forklift licence (current or expired) desirable
Full UK manual driving licence preferred
