The Role

The caseload will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and wealth preservation
- Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax planning
- General private client advisory work
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing a private client caseload with a good degree of autonomy
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive and personable approach to client care
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner status considered
