We are working with a well-established, high-performing financial services business that is looking to hire a Protection Insurance Specialist, due to strong lead flow and ongoing success across its mortgage division.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Protection Adviser / Protection Specialist seeking a steady flow of pre-qualified leads, strong earning potential, and the flexibility to work either from the Horsham office or in a hybrid or fully remote setup.
The Role
- Advising clients on a full range of protection products, including life cover, critical illness and income protection
- Working from high-quality, pre-qualified leads provided by the business
- Delivering a clear, compliant and customer-focused advice process
- Managing your pipeline effectively from initial enquiry through to completion

- Employed model with a basic salary of up to £35,000, plus commission: 25% on all provided leads and 50% on self-generated business

About You
- Minimum 12 months plus experience as a Protection Adviser with R05 qualifications desirable
- Strong track record of converting leads into business
- Professional, consultative approach with clients
- Self-motivated and disciplined, particularly if working remotely
