As a&nbsp;Field Software Support Specialist, you will serve as the central point of contact for service-related matters concerning Elekta software and third-party integrations within your region. You’ll manage and resolve technical issues in complex clinical IT environments, deliver first-level training, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through proactive and responsive support. What you’ll do at Elekta <ul> <li> Act as the primary contact for customers on all service-related software issues. </li> <li> Troubleshoot and resolve issues in&nbsp;Windows Server&nbsp;and&nbsp;SQL-based&nbsp;environments (remote &amp; on-site) </li> <li> Proactively monitor systems and perform preventative support. </li> <li> Handle technical inquiries via phone and manage prioritization and planning of service tasks. </li> <li> Document incidents, actions, and resolutions per Elekta and local compliance standards. </li> <li> Communicate clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders. </li> <li> Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution </li> <li> Provide first-level software training to local hardware service teams. </li> <li> Champion customer satisfaction and propose improvements </li> <li> Maintain ongoing dialogue with Sales and Service Management regarding customer insights. </li> </ul> What You Bring <ul> <li> Completed studies in a field of information technology or similar engineering sciences. </li> <li> Experience with troubleshooting Windows client and server operating systems, virtualization and remote access tools, Citrix, networking configuration, troubleshooting, and Microsoft SQL installation/configuration is essential. </li> <li> Experience in medical imaging, linear accelerators and/or clinical use of radiotherapy products is desirable. </li> <li> Experience in a support environment is desirable. </li> <li> Excellent knowledge of local language and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. </li> <li> Strong analytical skills with an excellent feel for dynamically changing situations and priorities. </li> <li> Interest and curiosity in acquiring knowledge independently. </li> <li> Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people. </li> <li> High degree of self-organization, ability to work in a team and personal responsibility </li> <li> Exceptional self-motivation and flexibility. </li> <li> Able to travel up to 20% in the assigned territory. </li> </ul> We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement—your unique skills and experiences might be exactly what we're looking for!&nbsp; Why should you join Elekta?
