Due to recent business growth, FPR Group are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team based in our modern, bright and spacious open plan Brighton Office We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who is confident and comfortable communicating with people face to face. This may be from a previous customer facing role from another industry such as hospitality or retail. Putting our workers and our clients at the centre of everything we do is our key priority. Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30am, plus on call rota'd. Salary: £25,500 per anum, with the opportunity to earn commision. Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:<ul> <li>Client Management - proactively manage day to day relationships with clients.</li><li>Candidate Registration, Interview &amp; Selection.</li><li>To attract good quality applicants to Kingdom People maximising all methods of advertising and available resources. Ensure all candidates are entered on to the Company CRM.</li><li>To investigate new clients, follow up all leads and gather market information.</li><li>Ensure all prospects meet the divisions ideal client profile and make regular business development calls to existing &amp; potential clients, recording them on the Company CRM.</li><li>Promote yourself in a positive light utilising approved social media such as Linkedin.</li><li>Develop good relationships with existing and new clients and candidates.</li><li>Attending client visits with the objective of promoting Kingdom People.</li><li>Monitor market conditions and competitor activities providing information and reports to the Snr/Consultant / Manager</li><li>Ensure that client information is updated on the Company CRM.</li><li>Adhere to all ISO procedures and policies as documented in the Quality Manual.</li><li>Adhere to Company GDPR procedures and policies</li><li>Ensure the completion of temporary payroll each week.</li><li>Attend site when required to support inductions, check ins, worker reviews, resource and planning and feedback meetings with client.</li><li>Covering out of hours phone, evening and weekends and occasionally onsite during busy periods or events.</li><li>Provide weekly statistics as required by Head Office</li></ul> What we need from you - role skill base requirements:<ul> <li>You will be required to travel to client sites so a UK driving licence and transport is essential for this role.</li><li>GCSE s (4 or above) in English &amp; Mathematics essential.</li></ul> The following skills are also essential:<ul> <li>Aligned to our CARE values.</li><li>Thrives working in a fast-paced, service-led, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Confident to change the status quo and look for better ways of working with a can-do approach.</li><li>Takes ownership and accountability to follow through tasks</li><li>Champions consistency, process compliance and communication.</li><li>A confident brand ambassador, passionate about delivering service with care</li></ul> Excellent communication skills required.
