Produce timely and accurate technical support for internal teams / stakeholders on passive fire protection cavity barriers + firestops. Engage with project management teams to address any technical queries whilst providing solutions which work to the project requirements / product specifications. Analyse technical specifications / drawings / plans to advice product selection and relevant standards. Record technical enquires and responses on an in-house CRM system. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations and integrate this into day-to-day responsibilities.
