We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and proficiency in Civil 3D to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables. You will need s background in running civils projects, hold a valid SMSTS, first aid and Black CSCS card. This is a seven month contract beginning in Mid-July. The successful candidate will work alongside our current Site Manager from Wednesday 17th September for a handover, before taking full responsibility for the site from Monday 22nd September until handover back on Tuesday 30th September.During this period, you will oversee site operations, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. We require a site manager to support us with holiday cover from the 17th September to the 30th Sept. Roofing,cladding &amp; glazing installations will be happening during this cover and ideally we would like someone fairly local to cover. Must hold SMSTS,First aid,CSCS
