Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive (3-5 PQE)
East Sussex (Hybrid working)
A well-established, Lexcel-accredited law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive (3-5 years PQE) to join its busy Seaford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional looking to handle a broad and engaging dispute resolution caseload.
The role involves managing a varied mix of litigation matters, including property disputes, landlord and tenant issues and commercial disputes. You will provide clear, practical advice, deliver high-quality client care and build strong, lasting relationships while managing cases efficiently from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, drafting and organisational skills, with solid IT proficiency and a keen eye for detail. A proactive approach to business development and networking is essential.
