Warehouse Operative Full time permanent role Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4:00pm - site based role. Uckfield - outskirts. There is plenty of free parking on site available for all staff. Due to workplace location and lack of public transport in the area, it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport. The role - Warehouse Operative This role is suitable for someone who is interested in a role that includes, but is not limited to; order picking and packing, stock control and warehouse / forklift duties. Duties will include: Previous experience in a similar role, including management, co-ordination of goods in and out, stock management and fork lift driving To work reliably and accurately on the picking / packaging of orders ready for dispatch. Maintaining general tidiness and standards within the warehouse. Keeping on top of stock control and stock replenishment. Managing dispatches to suppliers and distributors. To drive the company van and organise deliveries between the two very local sites in East Sussex. Experience, competencies and knowledge required: Must drive and have own transport - due to workplace location. Able to work in a busy warehouse environment Strong team player.
