The project manager must understand relationships between all facets of residential remodeling and new construction. They will also perform material take offs and job cost estimating. The project manager must be a natural leader, an excellent communicator, be extremely well organized, a critical thinker with attention to the minutia. Solid construction management experience (2+ years) or a degree in Construction Management or similar is a must.
