Traffic Marshal Worthing
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £15 - £17 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy construction project in Worthing.
This is a varied role that will suit someone who is happy to be hands-on and assist with a range of site duties when traffic management responsibilities are not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely direct and manage vehicle movements on and around site
- Act as the designated Traffic Marshal/Banksman for deliveries and plant movements
- Assist with general labouring duties across the site
- Maintain welfare facilities, including cleaning and restocking where required
- Support site management in keeping work areas safe, tidy, and organised
- Help with site set-up, deliveries, and material movement
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman certificate
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- Willingness to undertake labouring and welfare duties as part of the role
- Good understanding of site health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Full PPE required
