Do you have a passion for helping children reach their full potential? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join supportive, high-achieving schools in Haywards Heath. Your Role:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, ensuring they thrive academically and socially

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement individual education plans

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN in a primary setting (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive and caring approach to supporting children's learning

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
