Requirements:
- Experience working in a school setting is essential
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you may be expected to:
- Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
- Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to reinforce learning
- Assist with behaviour management and ensure a positive learning environment
- Prepare learning materials and resources as directed by the teacher
- Support children with additional needs, providing individualised assistance
- Help with classroom organisation, displays, and tidying
- Supervise pupils during breaks, transitions, or off-site activities
- Provide pastoral support to pupils and help encourage positive social skills
- Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold school policies at all times
