Complaints Manager

The purpose of this role is to ensure delivery of products on time and in full while maintaining inventory targets across all Rayner portfolios (Pharmaceuticals, OVDs, IOLs and Factored goods).You will be responsible to keep track of inventory, anticipate demand and suggest purchases to ensure supply continuity while liaising with Operations, Quality, Customer service, Regulatory, Sales teams, Finance, Suppliers, Logistics and third-party wholesalers.Please note that this role is 100% on-site at our Global HQ in Worthing.
