Pay: £95-110

Do you have a passion for helping children reach their full potential? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join supportive, high-achieving schools in Crawley. This is a long-term role with the exciting opportunity to go permanent - perfect for someone who wants to build a rewarding career in education.

Your Role:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, ensuring they thrive academically and socially

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement individual education plans

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN in a primary setting (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive and caring approach to supporting children's learning

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
