Are you a versatile administrative professional who thrives on variety and connecting people? We are looking for an Administrator to serve as the vital bridge between our internal teams, external customers, and the local community.

In this multi-faceted role, you will support our HR, Communications, Customer Service, and Community Outreach efforts while keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear announcements, help share policy updates, and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a transparent, welcoming culture.

  • Act as a warm, responsive primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction through efficient correspondence.

  • Assist with local partnerships, outreach activities, and community-focused projects.

  • Anchor daily operations by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate data, and handling routine office logistics to keep the team agile and organized.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Strong organizational habits, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask seamlessly.

  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

  • A collaborative, positive approach to supporting diverse teams and projects.
