We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead our team at our Leggyfield extra care scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the scheme and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Core Duties &amp; Responsibilities as Registered Manager:<ul><li>Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centered way</li><li>Deliver services effectively and efficiently, and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met</li><li>Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff</li><li>Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services, including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams, etc.</li><li>Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all groups of staff within the team have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities.</li><li>Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possible</li></ul> As a Registered Manager, you will be offered the following:<ul><li>Company-issued mobile phone</li><li>Ongoing support and Professional Development</li><li>20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays</li><li>Opportunity to work in an expanding, leading home care provider</li></ul> We are looking for a Registered Manager to join us who are:<ul><li>100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people</li><li>Level 5 in Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent</li><li>At least 3 years of managerial experience in domiciliary care</li><li>Full UK driving license</li></ul> Candidates with previous job titles or experience, including Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, Domiciliary Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager, &amp; Care Service Manager, will also be considered. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the schemes and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.
