Telesales Executive - Ballpoint Office Supplies

Our sales team is the heart of our business. We are recruiting for a telesales representative that has the drive and hunger to source new business with a clear and friendly telephone manner. We are looking for someone that is;

A good communicator

Has a desire to earn commission

A Team worker

An has eye for opportunity

Full Training will be given so previous experience working on the telephone is an advantage but not essential

The successful applicant may or may not come with sales experience but will show a natural confidence and integrate easily in to team working and they have a work hard play hard attitude and not be afraid of talking on the phone.

You will be making 60 - 80 calls a day from a current lead database mixed with new and past customers. You will be looking to bring new customers to the business and will be on a healthy commission structure to supplement your basic salary. A good performer will earn 22k - 25k in the first year and I would expect anything from 30k plus in the second year. Your commission and earnings are completely in your own hands and full training will be provided by your sales manager. Our best reps earn £60K+ per year and the benchmark is clear, time is what will make you successful, we want someone that wants a career and is willing to learn their trade and continue for a long time with the same company reaping the financial rewards.
