Audio Visual Sales Account Manager - Avensys

Incorporated in 2000, Avensys is one of the leading audio visual companies in the South of England, specialising in highly technical and innovative installations for Events, Commercial and Retail environments.

Avensys is looking to recruit an Audio Visual Sales Account Manager with previous experience in audio visual and the drive and passion to succeed in this challenging role in our Commercial Team. The successful candidate will join our friendly dynamic team based at our headquarters in Crawley West Sussex.

The working hours are 09.00-1800 Monday-Friday but flexibility dependent on project deadline is also required.

The Role:

• Will have previous experience in audio visual sales business to business
• Demonstrative business development skills
• Knowledge to design and quote audio visual requirements
• Proven monthly sales target success
• Develop new business with new clients and work with existing clients to manage and grow the account to its full potential and generate maximum revenue on a long term basis
• This is a ‘proactive’ and ‘reactive’ role working efficiently and effectively to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
• A ‘self-starter’ with a ‘can-do’ attitude and acute business acumen with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Benefits: Salary circa £24,000 plus excellent bonus incentive package and company car.

Skills

• CTS (desirable)
• Good Communication skills- both written and verbal
• Excellent planning skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver projects in time and within budget
