Dispatch Coordinator - Eezehaul

Eezehaul require a Dispatch Coordinator for our busy logistics office in Crawley.

The hours of work will be 11am-8pm Monday - Friday with an hour lunch break and rostered Saturdays approx 1 every 4/5 weeks.

Working in a lively, friendly and extremely fast paced office the successful candidate will be responsible for our evening dispatch of overnight palletised goods and closing down the evening operation. Duties will include data input, liaising with warehouse team to meet deadlines, de-briefing drivers and dealing with customer queries via telephone and email. A good attention to detail, decisive and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working to tight deadlines is essential. Working knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel and outlook are required as well as good all round PC skills. Career progression and opportunities for the right candidate.
