Logistics Controller - Eezehaul

Our busy, friendly and professional logistics office is looking to recruit an experienced logistics controller to join our expanding team. You would be responsible for the allocation of Sameday work which is vital to the full and efficient utilisation of our fleet. 

The role involves daily vehicle plan, allocating vehicles to haulage and pallet routes from Van to 44t vehicles to respond to customers direct load needs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. You will also be required to demonstrate good working relations with the driver team, office colleagues and have excellent customer focus. Good communication both verbal and written is an essential part of the role. Working knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel and outlook are required.

Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9.30am-6.30pm with 1 on 5 Saturday mornings.
