Service Support Coordinator - Canon

The Service Support Coordinator plays a demanding role in ensuring that day to day service support runs smoothly and effectively in supporting both internal and external customers. Predominantly within region of responsibility but supporting other UK regions when required in a busy call centre environment.
This collaborative role within Canon Medical Systems ensures cohesion between a wide range of stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation and key relationships are with fellow Coordinators, Field Engineers and regional Team Leaders to ensure the needs of customers are met, resourced and managed appropriately, in delivering total service solutions without compromise.
Working in an ever changing environment with both reactive and proactive responsibilities, the priorities of the business will determine what level of focus is to be applied to different tasks, as determined by the Service Support Manager.
