KC Controls Service (KCS) are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator with Strong knowledge of sales techniques and exceptional customer service to join their ever-growing company.
About the role
At KCS we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We are seeking that the following person should be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
Handling Inquiries - via e-mail, telephone or person.
Producing quotations to our customers
Follow up phone calls for quotations
Updating of our Access Dimensions Database system
Have the ability to work in a team
This position would report to the director
