This is a great opportunity to join our small, friendly Repairs Department as Administrator.

THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

  • Constant monitoring and dealing with repair enquiry emails from customers which arrive on a 24/7 basis from around the world
  • Evaluate requests, then source and contact the right repair shop to carry out the work
  • Prepare and send quotations for repair and actively follow up
  • Expedite approved repair orders
  • Maintain clear and accurate records.

THE PERSON

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment using IT systems/applications
  • Organised, methodical, and can work accurately, with good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, and able to develop productive working relationships using the telephone and email
  • Team player and willing to work flexibly and assist colleagues.
