This is a great opportunity to join our small, friendly Repairs Department as Administrator.
THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
- Constant monitoring and dealing with repair enquiry emails from customers which arrive on a 24/7 basis from around the world
- Evaluate requests, then source and contact the right repair shop to carry out the work
- Prepare and send quotations for repair and actively follow up
- Expedite approved repair orders
- Maintain clear and accurate records.
THE PERSON
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment using IT systems/applications
- Organised, methodical, and can work accurately, with good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, and able to develop productive working relationships using the telephone and email
- Team player and willing to work flexibly and assist colleagues.
