The primary responsibility of the position is to manage and drive all events, both internal and external.

REPORTS TO:

Head of Marketing & Presales Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •          To manage all company events, including reporting, administration, campaign management, digital marketing and ROI for:
  •     Exhibitions
  •     Internal events
  •     Roadshows
  •     Study days
  •     Sponsorships
  •     Press Conferences
  •          To update events pages within marketing plans
  •          To analyse all events and make recommendations for future attendance
  •          To collaborate with other stakeholders across the business to agree events plan and deliver events
  •          To work with and delegate to the Marketing Events Co-ordinator
  •          To work with external agencies where required to deliver events
  •          To be a brand ambassador for Canon Medical Systems Ltd
  •          General marketing administration as required
  •          Leads generated from all events are processed, followed up and analysed
  •          Generate new and creative ideas across all events
  •          Make recommendations and implement improvements to the current process
  •          To provide Marketing support to the department on an adhoc basis when required
  •          To develop event plans for all events
  •  

    EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    ·         Track record of providing exceptional marketing events support (minimum of 2 years experience required)
    ·         Management experience of both people and managing events is desirable
    ·         Track record of running and managing events and exhibitions
    ·         Minimum requirement of HND in Marketing or CIM level 6 qualification or above is required
    ·         Good standard of general education with excellent written and spoken English
    ·         Computer literate
    ·         Must be willing to travel around the UK (30-40% of the time)
    ·         Valid EU driving licence and passport are required
