Surrey Positive Parenting Service is a partner of Mindsight Surrey CAHMS. The service provides support to parents/carers whose children are aged 6-18 years who are in receipt of, or who are awaiting a diagnosis of, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD.

The service delivers parenting support programmes to groups of parents across the county of Surrey in outreach community venues. The service does not have direct contact with the children/young people as direct support is given to them by CAMHS.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently but effectively as part of a dynamic team. Good communication skills are essential and a sound working knowledge/experience of recording IT systems is an advantage. Candidates need to be able to detail their experience of working with children and families. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate good time management skills.

Successful candidates ability to drive and have access to their own car is essential for service delivery.

Salary: £18220.00 - £19677.60

Working pattern: Wednesday 1.30-9.30pm, Thursday 9.00am- 2.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 2.00pm
