The Manor Royal BID Company (MRBD Limited) is an independent not-for-profit company set up and run by Manor Royal-based businesses. Its main purpose is to manage and deliver the Manor Royal Business Improvement District (BID) using contributions from Manor Royal companies to reinvest in the area and generate additional funds to achieve its vision and objectives.

MRBD Limited is looking to appoint a capable, organised and confident person to assist the Executive Director in the delivery of the BID. The demands of the post will be varied and the Operations Manager will need to be able to adapt to meet the challenge. 

Core responsibilities will involve supporting the Board and Management Group, handling the smooth running of the BID office, records management, project management, dealing with enquiries and supporting event organisation, marketing and promotion. 

Subject to satisfactory completion of a probationary period, this is a permanent full-time position for the duration of the current BID term (until at least 31 March 2023) with possibility of the extension.
