With a wealth of experience in the publishing industry, we work on behalf of a growing number of independent magazine publishers to manage the marketing and distribution of their magazines to their readers, either via the retail newsstand, via subscription or through digital channels.

Our growth, coupled with our future development plans, means we are searching for a Customer Services Executive to join our Customer Services team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for a range of Customer Service functions, including written correspondence to magazine subscribers. This role involves detailed use of our subscriber database, extracting information and communicating clearly with customers. The candidate must be fully competent with Microsoft Word and Excel, possess a keen eye for detail, and the ability to apply strong administrative and time management skills, to ensure strict deadlines are met.

You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly from an intensive period of training.
