Description

We are looking for an all round administrator who is digitally savvy to support our sales team and assist with our online sales, based in Crawley on the Manor Royal Industrial Estate. The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manor, good maths skills and be able to work responsibly under their own initiative as well as being a good team player and have an eye for detail and accuracy. Office experience is an advantage but full training will be given.

The position has a varied and extensive list of duties, including helping upload data to our website and process e-marketing campaigns so good computer skills are essential. Sales administration is the mainstay of the position, taking and processing orders and quotes, following procedures and dealing with the smooth running of the business which includes invoices and credit control as well as the banking. Answering calls is part of the job too, so a clear, cheerful and confident telephone manner will be a necessity. There’s also signing for deliveries and sending parcels plus liaising with suppliers.
