Integrated Operations Center Manager - AAR International

We have an exciting opportunity for an IOC Manager working within the AAR Integrated Solutions – Commercial Programs department.

This role will be the main point of contact & manage the Supply Chain Specialist team(s) within the Integrated Operations Centre in our London, Gatwick facility.

As part of this dynamic role you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating both the Supply Chain Specialist and Operation Specialist (AOG) teams; ensuring they are delivering the highest operational performance in accordance with contracted targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and obligations. You will also need to ensure all aspects of materials, procurement, strategic planning and inventory management are all efficiently and effectively controlled within the pre-determined parameters outlined by the Senior Operations Manager & Senior Operations Director.        

Due to the management responsibilities the position attracts you will require strong leadership, mentorship and decision-making skills / experience to fully deliver the target or goals asked of you. 

This positon also requires a high level of close interaction with both customers and various internal departments. As such, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills coupled with a positive and energetic attitude.

To succeed in the role you’ll need to be a problem solver with a strong eye for detail and a strategic mindset. You will also require the ability to multi-task and deal with high levels of conflicting priorities in a professional and efficient manner.

You will also need to demonstrate a good knowledge of the industry experience.
