We now have several opportunities for Cell Test Technicians to join our Varian UK team. UK Base location flexible as working shifts will involve 1 week on/1 week off.

Initial project will be to work on an exciting project based in Daresbury, UK. Roles to commence beginning/mid October 2020.

• Perform system, assembly, and component level testing following documented processes.

• Document components assemblies or systems test results.

• Troubleshoot discrepancies that occur during test.

• Repair/reject material that is defective.

• Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures relevant to the task being performed.

• Become capable of testing different components, assemblies, and or systems.

• Work to meet the scheduled delivery of components, assemblies, or systems.

• Communicate any issues to the leadership team

• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Adhere to safe work practices and alert responsible parties of observed hazards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Associates Degree or equivalent test related experience.

• Electronics and mechanical skills

• Strong team skills and facilitation skills

• Problem solving and decision-making skills

• Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: Email, Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

• Willingness and flexibility for shift working pattern environment and weekend work
